Delivery Methods
While we Do Not Ship our furniture through carrier services We Do Offer delivery throughout the Lake Norman, NC area for a fee which depends on the distance to the delivery location. This fee is determined at the time your order is placed.
Please know that while we make every effort to fulfill your order as timely as possible, we cannot give an actual date or time of day of delivery at the time your order is placed, unless the item you have purchased is already in stock at our store.
ASSEMBLY INCLUDED
White Glove Delivery
1. Home Assembly*
Our experienced delivery team will place, assemble and inspect your new items with care, in the room of your choice.
2. Delivery team cleanup
Packaging materials will be removed after assembly, so you don't have to clean up.
3. Signed Delivery
Items will be delivered into your home. A signature is required.
*Excludes installation and package removal for rugs, artwork, and lighting fixtures.
ASSEMBLY NOT INCLUDED
Doorstep delivery
1. Signed Delivery
Items will be delivered to your front door. A signature is required.
2. Customer hand-off
Please be aware that you must bring items inside from the drop-off area.
3. DIY assembly
You are responsible for assembling your items.
4. Recommended for small orders only
Not recommended for large furniture or complex orders.
