Refund policy

We have a No-Return policy, which means that once you have confirmed and paid for your order we cannot cancel or change the order. 

To be eligible for an Exchange, please inspect your order upon reception and inform the delivery staff immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Once we are notified of the issue we will take the proper actions to rectify the situation. We want to assure that you are satisfied with the order you placed. In some cases we may have to send a representative to repair or pick-up the item or we have to get a replacement from our supplier. Please know that we take all situations very seriously and will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
